I amÌýa medical doctor with postgraduate training in Clinical Microbiology (India). I am involved in teaching and training the MBBS students. I am alsoÌý interested both in clinical and laboratory research related to infectious diseases.Ìý
I have worked at Primary Health centres, Private Hospitals and in government hospitals in India.
In Botswana,ÌýI worked as a general practitioner at a private clinic in Kanye and also atÌýBotswana Harvard AIDS Initiative Partnership for a period of five years, as a 4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû Physician and as 4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû Coordinator for various HIV infection related clinical studies.
At present, in UBÌý I amÌýinvolved in multidisciplinary research projects related to infectious diseases.Ìý
My main teaching area is related to infectious diseases and microbiology.

I am interested in research related to Infectious diseases, Healthcare associated Infections and antimicrobial resistance.
