Bojosi Olebetse is a lecturer in the Department of tourism and Hospitality Management at the 4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû. Olebetse holds Master of Commerce in Tourism and Hospitality from the Midlands State University in Zimbabwe, a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality Management and Culinary Science from the University of Venda in South Africa . Diploma in Technical and Vocational Education from the 4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû. Her research interests are culinary tourism, Tourism Services marketing, Service quality in hospitality, Food service and Food safety. Olebetse teaches a range of courses in Hospitality Management. She also supervises undergraduate level research in the Department of Tourism and Hospitality.
