Brief Biography

Dr Mpho M. Pheko is an industrial-organizational psychologists with years of experience in higher education. She has experience heading an academic department in a University setting, as well as consulting experience designing and implementing��business strategies, training and development programs, and change management programs. She also has experience supervising research, leading research teams and publishing academic work.
