Brief Biography

Taught Counselling in different institutions for over 23 years. Trained in Counsellor Education, supervision, Marriage and Family Counselling as well as teaching of adult learners and in Higher Education. A counsellor educator, clinical supervisor and professional counsellor. Worked with individual clients and couples, and has extensive experience running groups, and clinical supervision in Counselling. He ran several training activities (9 years) for Guidance and Counselling for sub-Saharan Africa under the auspices of UNESCO. Trained as trainer-of-trainers in mental health facilitation, in NVivo, SPSS, and management. Presented several papers in conferences and seminars both at local and international level. Trained in programming聽and curriculum planning. Was Guidance officer, Senior Education officer and headed Guidance and Counselling Division in the Ministry of Education (1994-1996) in Botswana. Headed Counselling section at 4844成人免费福利. Head of Department of Educational Foundations and Management at University of Swaziland. He taught and provided clinical supervision in counselling at 4844成人免费福利, University of Swaziland, Duquesne University, Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), USA. Was in Board of Advisors of the National Board of Certified Counselors-International. Chaired the technical working group for the Guidance, Counselling and Youth Development Centre for Africa. Been member of ACA, ASGW, AAGC, IAC,聽BCA, ACES.
