Building on the foundational skills acquired in the beginner course, the intermediate short course is designed for learners with basic proficiency who seek to enhance their communicative competence in Setswana.
The course advances the four core language skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking through more complex and authentic contexts. Learners will engage in practical tasks such as participating in extended conversations, interpreting written texts, and delivering structured oral presentations. Special emphasis is placed on refining grammar, expanding vocabulary and mastering basic idiomatic expressions to achieve greater fluency and accuracy.
