Jaloni Pansiri is a Professor in the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management,Ìýat the 4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû (UB) where he specializes in strategy. He is currently the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business at UB. Before joining the UB, he worked for the then Botswana Institute of Administration and Commerce (1992-2000), as a lecturer in Public Administration, then moved to Institute of Development Management (IDM) Botswana campus as a lecturer/consultantÌýin Public Administration and ManagementÌýin 2000. In the same year, he joined UB as a lecturer in Management.
