Prof. F. I. Emoh, a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, holds BSc, MSc, PhD Degrees in Estate ManagementÌý & PGD, MBA in Banking and Finance. He has varied professional experience having worked as a Senior Lands/Valuation Officer in Anambra State, Principal Consultant, Ifeanyi Emoh & Co. and CEO, NIESV Ventures LtdÌýin Nigeria. He is a Professor of Real Estate & Valuation & HOD at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria before coming toÌý4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû. He has over 60 publications in referred journals, 3 standard real estate textbooksÌýand 3 book chapters. He has served variously as aÌýBoard Member, Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), National Council Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) & Editor-In-Chief, NIESV Journal. He had also served as the Chairman, Education Committee of ESVARBONÌý as well as the Education Committee of NIESV. He has providedÌýprofessional consultancy servicesÌýto governments, agencies and institutions in areas of property, plantÌýand machinery valuation, compulsory acquisition and compensation claims, real estate &Ìýmanagement consultancy. Prof. Emoh is a Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Member of NIESV Faculty of Business Assets & Intellectual Property Valuation
