Dr Mpho M. Pheko has PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of Cape Town, South Africa; Masters of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, USA and Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Psychology from Barry University, Miami, USA.

Dr Mpho M. Pheko is an industrial-organizational psychologists with years of experience in higher education. She has experience heading an academic department in a University setting, as well as consulting experience designing and implementingÌýbusiness strategies, training and development programs, and change management programs. She also has experience supervising research, leading research teams and publishing academic work.
