Mr Phale worked at Mochudi Brigade as an Instructor for about 3 years. He then joined Department of Buildings as a Site Supervisor for a year. He later joined Bridec Education Centre as an Instructor for 1 year. He then joined Botswana Poly-technic as a Technical Officer and later promoted to the Senior Technician position in the Department of Civil Engineering from 1988 until 2013. He continued working as a Senior Technician at 4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû for the past 8 years. His main achievement was that he has trained and motivated about 10 Technician whom are now holding high positions in different universities in Botswana including BIUST and 4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû. He also contributes significantly to deliver marriage counseling to the 4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû employees and entire community.
