Ombito O. J obtained his Ph.D (2018) in Organic Chemistry, with emphasis on Chemistry of Natural Products & Synthesis, from the 4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû. He is an associate member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and a Kenya Chemical Society member. He joined the faculty at the 4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû in 2020. His research focuses on the Chemistry of Natural Products, working mainly in areas related to Medicinal Plants, Secondary Metabolites, Chromatographic, Spectroscopic and Spectrometric techniques.
