I am a geomorphologist and study drylands especially savanna ecosystems. I am mainly interested in understanding interactions and feedbacks between climate change and biogeochemical processes. Some of the processes include carbon cycling, fire regime, and solar radiative forcing. My passion for research is mainly driven by the desire to explore and find a solution to many of the ecological and environmental questions.听
