PART-TIME TEACHING ASSISTANTS (2 POSITIONS)

The Department of Civil Engineering,Ìý4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû, is looking for Part-time Teaching Assistants for the academic year 2021/2022Ìýin theÌýfollowingÌýareas:ÌýStructures, Geotechnical/WaterÌýEngineeringÌýandÌýGeomatics.Ìý

Duties:ÌýThe successful applicant will be expected to: (i) assist withÌýtutorialsÌýandÌýlaboratoryÌýpracticals,Ìý(ii) mark laboratory reports, andÌý(iii) perform any responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of Department.Ìý

Requirements:ÌýÌý

• Structures: A BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering with a grade of 2(ii) or better.Ìý
• Geotechnical/Water Engineering:ÌýA BEng/BSc in Civil EngineeringÌýwith a grade of 2(ii) or better.Ìý

• Geomatics: A BSc in Geomatics/Land Survey with a grade of 2(ii) or better.Ìý

For all positions, preference will beÌýgiven to those enrolled in theÌýDepartment graduate programmes. Teaching experience will be an added advantage.Ìý

Remuneration: As per approved 4844³ÉÈËÃâ·Ñ¸£Àû part time rates.Ìý
