Duties:ÌýThe successful candidate will (i) teach courses in Architectural Design and theory courses in Architecture (ii) conduct research in the field of Architecture and the built environment (iii) carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements: Applicants should (i) A PhD in Architecture (ii) Must show evidence of engagement in research. (iii) Evidence of governance and social engagement, as well as teaching experience at a University or comparable institution will be added advantages.
NB: In special circumstances an applicant with the following qualifications and experience may be considered for appointment; (i) five years B. Arch or equivalent professional degree(s) in Architecture with at least a 2(i) classification or a GPA of 3.5 on a 5 point scale. (ii) have a post professional Master’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, History and Theory of Architecture, Design and Technology, or a cognate subject (iii) demonstrable quality design experience (Portfolio)
